DES PRIME RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are included.
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Des Prime within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Des Prime customer support.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- Securely package the item and send it to the return address provided.
5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible items subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was defective;
- The item was damaged during delivery; or
- The wrong item was supplied.
